Extraction of periodontally affected (gum-diseased) or severely damaged teeth when they cannot be saved with alternative treatments (e.g., endodontics).

Extraction of remaining roots.

Extraction of impacted or partially impacted teeth, such as wisdom teeth.

Apicoectomy: removal of the tip of a tooth root due to inflammatory problems when endodontic treatment is not sufficient.

Removal of cysts.

Removal of oral cavity growths or lesions.

Exposure of impacted teeth (surgical exposure).

Minor sinus lift: increasing the amount of bone tissue in the maxillary sinuses.

Major sinus lift – extensive bone augmentation in the sinus area.

Frenulectomy: removal of median or lingual frenula.

Osteoplasty: surgical reshaping of bone.

Extraction of healthy teeth: in cases where a patient’s dental arch is too small to accommodate all teeth, healthy teeth (usually two premolars) may need to be removed.
